Ecoplas engages with its customers, the profile extruders and its suppliers, the window manufacturers who in turn are customers of the extruders.


By collecting and reprocessing offcuts from fabricators and returning clean contamination free granules to extruders, the Closed Loop is complete.


Ecoplas has now moved this process forward and reprocesses end of life window frames from refurbishments and produces contamination free granules which are reintroduced to the extrusion industry.


Closed Loop Recycling of manufacturing scrap and end of life windows proves that PVC is a sustainable product which can be reused to make new products several times over and does not need to be disposed of in landfill or wasted, thus reducing the need to use fresh resources.
